Very quick and efficient service. Turned up early and communicated with us before coming so that we knew they were on the way. We had issues with our boiler and they identified them straight away and fixed them for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be returning every year for our annual service and couldn’t recommend highly enough.

I contacted KC Plumbing when the overflow for the boiler at my parents house Started to leak. They came on the day and time they said and after a few attempts managed to stop the overflow from leaking We ended up having to have a new boiler because there was a fault with the system and seeing it was 18 years old didn’t seem any point in getting it repaired. They came the following week and put a new boiler in and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend them to do any job required to do with plumbing and heating as they are efficient and trustworthy and reliable.Owner response

We had a new combi boiler to replace the old boiler fitted a couple of weeks ago. It was at my elderly parents house as the boiler had pack in and the immersion on the cylinder wasn't working properly so they had no hot water. They came and looked at it and gave a price the next day and once we had decided on which boiler we wanted they ordered it and came back the following week and fitted it in a day. All the existing boiler, cylinder and tank were removed, along with all the packaging from the new one.
They worked really hard and I took my parents out for the day so they weren't in the way. When we got back every where was cleaned up and all working. I cannot praise them enough for their swift service, and could recommend them to anyone. Thank again.Owner response

Great service today Needed our toilet sorting out..we rang them they came within the hour ..did a great job explained everything..left everything clean and tidy when he finished Will definitely be using them again

Very highly recommended for all plumbing and heating work. I have used KC plumbing and heating many times over the past few years for boiler repairs, central heating and plumbing work and gas safety certificates etc and have always found them to be extremely professional, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. I recently called KC Plumbing to fix the diverter valve in my boiler and I was very impressed with the service form start to finish. He was professional, polite and showed a genuine commitment to resolve the issue.
When he arrived he conducted a thorough assessment of the problem and explained what was needed to resolve the issue. He explained in words I could understand which put me at ease, knowing I was in capable hands.
Not only did KC complete the repair promptly, but he also took the time to educate me on preventive maintenance strategies to avoid similar issues in the future. His dedication to customer satisfaction was evident every step of the way.
In addition to his technical proficiency, he was courteous, respectful, and left the work area clean and tidy upon completion. His professionalism and commitment to excellence truly set him apart.

I highly recommend this company. 2 hours ago I called KC Plumbing to see if they could help with my broken boiler. And here I am, 2h later and they’ve already been to fix it. On a Saturday as well! Absolutely fantastic service and at a reasonable price - I've used KC for boiler servicing and radiator fitting previously and they were consistently the best price when fetching quotes. Thanks again!

Shakheel came out promptly, sorted the leak and installed some new waste pipes. Everything was done to a great standard. Also, they turn up exactly when they say they’re going to, which makes taking a little time off work when work on your house needs doing much easier. Would recommend!Owner response

Boiler stopped working just hot water no heating, called KC he guided me through how to resolve the issues and boom it all started to work and cost me nothing. Genuine honest service every time I’ve ever used so highly recommend these guys
